Please provide Files, Fonts, & Linked Images.
Try not to embed files in illustrator. It is better to link the file and send both files.
If we do not have your program please save the image as a .eps or .tif with a resolution of 2400 for line art, or 300 for photos. All linked images must also be of this quality.
No changes to the image can be made if saved in this format.
Designs need to be saved as 4-color process image.
Please check Spec sheet for each size and additional bleed.
